By creating an account or using SAM you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SAM.

The service

SAM helps you create platform-specific text for your videos and, when you approve, publishes it to accounts you have connected. SAM is currently in private beta and is provided as is, without any guarantee that it will be available or error-free.

Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your password safe.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.

Your content

• You keep ownership of your videos and posts. You give SAM permission to store and process them, and to send them to the platforms you choose, only to provide the service.
• You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and that it follows the rules of each platform and the law.
• AI-written text can contain mistakes. You review and approve every post, and you are responsible for what is published.

Connected platforms

Publishing uses the official services of YouTube (Google), Facebook and Instagram (Meta) and LinkedIn. Their own terms apply, and their limits, outages and policy changes can affect SAM. By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. We can not guarantee a post will be accepted by a platform.

Acceptable use

Do not use SAM to post illegal, harmful, misleading or spam content, to break a platform's rules, or to attack or overload the service.

Ending use

You can stop using SAM and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, SAM is not liable for lost posts, lost reach, platform actions against your accounts, or indirect losses that result from using the service.
